Loss and Grief

With loss comes grief. The degree of grief reflects the depth and impact of the loss.

I had one such experience which opened my eyes, my mind and heart. The feelings that followed were confusing and the thoughts weren’t much better.
That loss inspired many of the poems in my book “Not Enough: Musings on Grief”.*
Other poems in the book came from my relationship with family, friends and acquaintances who were experiencing loss and grief. Those connections spawned my own feelings and writing became a lovely and loving way to give back to another grieving soul.
